Marriage is always an important subject for sermons. It is a tragedy that among church members the divorce rate is no different from society at large. What are we doing wrong? At the beginning of 2005 I began a series of messages about marriage that were based on the phrases taken from the traditional wedding vows. I chose to start this series at the beginning of the year because that's when many people are making resolutions and I thought a resolution to improve marriage would be good for everyone.
