Personal Profile

These sermons form a series entitled Confrontations With Jesus.  We usually believe the word confrontation has a negative connotation, but that's not always the case.  Throughout the Gospels we find characters that have powerful encounters, or confrontations, with Jesus.  I prefer the word confrontation because it carries the idea that Jesus confronts our lives in a powerful manner.  Jesus doesn't just make suggestions about our lives, he confronts us in order to transform us.  Each message examines a character that had a powerful confrontation with Jesus.
